South Bay Developers plans to bring 32 units of rental housing to 7th street where a vacant lot currently sits. The plans include a 750 sq ft retail space as well as a 3,000 sq ft restaurant that may eventually add street dining as well.

The unit mix is proposed as follows:

  • 12 – One Bedroom Units (640 sq ft)
  • 11 – Two Bedroom Units (1,000 sq ft)
  • 3 – Three Bedroom Units (1,200 sq ft)
  • 6 – One Bedroom + Den Penthouse Apartments (1,190 sq ft)

Plans include a rooftop terrace that will have views of the hillside and harbor.

There will be two levels of parking with one being at ground level and the other being subterranean. Entrance will be behind the building in the alley.
